Frank D’Ostilio and Young Lee of Houlihan Lawrence Wareck D’Ostilio Commercial Team represented the owner/seller Ken-Mike Corporation at the closed price of $4,135,000.
The 30,360 square foot landmark building sits on 1.67 acres and was built in 1984 by the late Clem Passariello. Named after his two sons, the Ken-Mike Tower is located next to Chips Restaurant on the Boston Post Road.
Yale New Haven Health is a major tenant along numerous medical and professional offices.
The property was purchased by an investor who will retain all the tenants, and was represented by Bob Benedetto of Property World.
