Students at Orange Community Nursery School had a visit with a dental hygienist from Sensitive Care in Milford. The students learned about tooth care and healthy eating through fun games and stories.

The following students from Orange recently were elected to membership into The Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi, the nation's oldest and most selective collegiate honor society for all academic disciplines.


Seventh grade students from Amity Middle School in Orange made a mural called “Love Unites” with artist Miguel Estrada. Students worked in groups of three to five. Each group made a painting depicting one of the following words: “empathy,” “kindness,” “friendship,” “respect,” “love,” and “peace.”


Alexander Oleschuk of Orange is one of 482 Mars Hill University students named on the Honor Roll of the Academic Dean at the end of the fall 2024 semester. To qualify for the Dean's List, students must earn a grade-point average of 3.5 on a minimum of 12 semester hours, and carry no grade below a C.


The Board’s foremost responsibility is to ensure the safety, security, academic success, and overall well-being of every student in the Amity Regional District. However, as a public school district, we are legally bound to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.


Orange Youth Services, a department of Orange Community Services, is excited to announce it will award three (3) $1,000 scholarships this year to graduating high school seniors who live in Orange. Funding is provided by a grant through the State Department of Children and Families.
