Empowering Teens Through Yoga: Free Spring Break Session in Orange


Orange teens in grades 7-12 are invited to a fun and empowering afternoon of yoga designed specifically for them. This Spring Break Teen Yoga session, sponsored by Orange Youth Services and the Orange Drug & Alcohol Action Committee (ODACC), offers a fantastic opportunity to de-stress, build strength, and cultivate mindfulness.
Join Breathes & Bloom - Yoga with Steph for a session focused on helping teens feel grounded, energized, and ready to take on the world! This special yoga class will explore techniques to manage school and life pressures, build resilience through improved posture and balance, enhance concentration with meditation, and inspire confidence and individuality through expressive yoga flows.
Participants will benefit from:
- Stress Relief & Relaxation: Learn techniques to effectively manage school and life pressures.
- Flexibility & Strength: Build resilience in both body and mind while improving posture and balance.
- Mindfulness & Focus: Discover the power of meditation for greater concentration and inner peace.
- Self-Expression: Explore yoga flows that encourage confidence and individuality.

Important Notes
- Please bring your own yoga mat, towel, and water bottle.
- The session is free for Orange teens.
- Participants are kindly asked to bring a donation of an individually packaged snack for Orange Food2Kids.
