Two smiling commercial realtors, possibly colleagues or partners, stand proudly beside a sign that reads "Levey Miller Maretz COMMERCIAL REALTORS" with their website and phone number displayed. The outdoor shot, likely taken on a sunny day, showcases their professional presence in the real estate market.

Levey Miller Maretz (LMM), a prominent commercial real estate and property management firm serving the Greater New Haven area, has announced a significant transition in its ownership. Effective immediately, Senior Vice Presidents Arin Hayden and Jeremy Rosner have acquired the company from Owner Steve Miller, marking a new chapter in LMM's storied history.

Steve Miller, who purchased LMM over 25 years ago, has been instrumental in shaping the commercial real estate landscape in Connecticut. His leadership has guided numerous clients through successful transactions and property management solutions. Miller's extensive experience and dedication have earned him accolades such as the Deal of the Year and Investment Sale of the Year awards from the Commercial Industrial Division of the Greater New Haven Association of Realtors (GNHAR), as well as the Power Broker award from CoStar. Miller will remain with LMM in a brokerage role and will continue to act in an advisory position and assist on the property management side of the business.

Arin Hayden joined LMM in 2010 and currently leads the property management team. Arin specializes in commercial real estate and will serve as the Broker of record for the new ownership. With a background in construction management, Hayden brings a wealth of knowledge in building maintenance and operations. He holds the Certified Community Association Manager (CMCA) designation and has a proven track record in managing various property types, including apartments, condominiums, and commercial properties. Arin currently serves as the Chairperson for the Commercial Investment Division (CID) of the New Haven/Middlesex Realtors for 2025.

Jeremy Rosner became part of the LMM team in 2014, bringing over two decades of real estate experience. Rosner is actively involved in the local community, serving on multiple boards. He is former Chairman of the Commercial Investment Division (CID) and currently serves as Treasurer of the New Haven Middlesex Board of Realtors, Secretary of Walter Camp Football Foundation, and Secretary of Beth-Wood Baseball.

Under the new leadership, LMM remains committed to its core services, including the sale, leasing, and management of industrial, office, retail, and investment properties. The firm's property management division continues to offer comprehensive services for commercial properties, apartment complexes, and condominium associations throughout Connecticut, aiming to maximize revenues and provide excellent returns on rental properties.

Clients and partners can expect a seamless transition, with Hayden and Rosner dedicated to upholding the high standard of service that is LMM’s hallmark. The leadership duo expresses gratitude to Steve Miller for his years of guidance and looks forward to building on the firm's legacy while exploring new opportunities for growth and innovation in the commercial real estate sector.
