515 Boston Post Road, Orange CT - Ken Ginsberg, a Commercial Broker at Houlihan Lawrence Wareck D’Ostilio facilitated the sale of one of Orange’s most recognized landmark buildings, Bob’s Furniture located at 515 Boston Post Road. The property was listed for $3,000,000 and was sold for $3,161,000. The 26,285 square foot building built in 1969 has 2 elevators, 13’ ceilings and 80 parking spaces. Ginsberg was the listing agent representing the seller, Penn Furniture Corporation.
