Mary L. Tracy School Opens 2025 Kindergarten Sign-ups

Mary L. Tracy School, Town of Orange, is now open for kindergarten registration.  Mary L. Tracy School is home to all kindergarten students in the Town of Orange. If you are a resident of Orange and your child is turning five on or before September 1, 2025, it is time to register for kindergarten.  Please register by February 28, 2025 on the district’s website: www.oess.org to begin the initial contact form for registration.

If your child  will be 5 years old between September 2, 2025-January 1, 2026, and would like to  be considered for kindergarten registration, you may request a waiver by doing the following:

• A written request must be provided to the Mary L. Tracy School’s principal, Mrs. Elaine Watson (ewatson@orange-ed.org).
• Once a request is received you will be sent confirmation of your request.
• An appointment will then be scheduled for your child to be screened for early entry. The screenings will be done in February.
• After the assessment has been conducted you will be notified if your child is able to attend kindergarten.
