In an extraordinary display of community spirit and celebration, residents of the local area are gearing up to honor one of their oldest members, Helen, who is turning 108 years old. A special car parade titled “HONK FOR HELEN” has been organized.

On Saturday, August 24th, a car parade will be held to celebrate Helen Koziel's 108th birthday!

Please ride by the High Plains Community Center from 10:30 am through 12 noon and wave to Helen to show your support and celebrate her amazing life!

The parade will only be called off in case of rain—not mere spritz!
