Beyond That, The Sea by Laura Spence-Ash is a sweeping, tenderhearted love story about two families living through World War II on opposite sides of the Atlantic Ocean, and the shy, irresistible young woman who will call them both her own. This is a remarkable book of historical fiction that is a deeply felt and fresh take on the story of the children sent away from London during the war. This in-person discussion is facilitated by Librarian Ellen Miller. Books will be available to borrow at the Circulation Desk mid-July. Registration is required. Click here to register.
