On Saturday, November 8 from 10 am to 3 pm, the holiday book sale will take place at Case Memorial Library. If you are looking for gifts for the season, the holiday sale offers so many kinds of books that it will be easy to find a gift for even the most hard-to-please recipient.


On Saturday, November 15th at 1:00 p.m., please join the Friends of Case Memorial Library as they commemorate Jane Austen’s 250 birthday. The Friends will offer an array of assorted refreshments to enjoy with tea. Of course, tea is always best when it is served in one’s own favorite cup


2025 Animated Short Films will be screened: In the Shadow of the Cypress, Magic Candies, Beautiful Men, Wander to Wonder, Yuck! There are two screenings. All films will be shown at both sessions.


On Saturday, September 27th at 2:00 pm at Case Memorial Library, singer-songwriter Kent Besocke will deliver a one-of-a-kind performance entitled “Tunes and Tales from Connecticut.” The musical program weaves together our state's rich tapestry of history, folklore, and legend.


Learn to make your own kimchi in this hands-on cooking workshop guided by Robert Lim. Registered participants will be able to take home a small jar of prepared kimchi.


The Library will be closed on Saturday, August 30 and Monday, September 1 for the Labor Day holiday. Regular hours will resume on Tuesday, September 2 at 10 AM.

On Saturday, August 23rd at 2:00 pm, the band Goza will perform a variety of Latin dance rhythms at Case Memorial Library. Goza is the Spanish word for joy, and that is exactly what this vibrant musical group brings to their audiences. They deliver exciting music from Latin America, Brazil and Spain


Science Heroes combine stories and showstopping scientific experiments in their interactive programs. Join us for “The Adventure of the Missing Color!” This event is open to all children under twelve as well as their families.


Get ready for the Fourth of July by creating mini fireworks! Glitter, confetti, baking soda, and vinegar all make for fizzy fun. This program is for children entering PreK-2nd grade this fall.
