Real Living Wareck D’Ostilio announced that Kerr Ginsberg, formerly of NAI Elite, was responsible for the sale of 339 Boston Post Road, Orange, CT, which closed on July 6, 2015 for an undisclosed price. The 31,400 square foot building on 1 63 acres was formerly known as the Orange Medical Center. The property is located on the corner of the Boston Post Road and Lambert Road in Orange.
The property was purchased by Connecticut Center for Child Development (CCCD). Since 1995 CCCD has provided services for individuals with Autism, Asperger’s Syndrome, High Functioning Autism and related disorders. The building, which will undergo a complete renovation, will enable expansion of CCCD’s existing private school program for children with High Functioning Autism, creation of a program for children with moderate Traumatic Brain Injury, and an inclusive preschool serving both of those populations. CCCD’s Adult Day Program will move into the former school building on Bridgeport Avenue in Milford enabling that program to serve more people as well.
Ken Ginsberg of Real Living Wareck D’Ostilio represented the Seller in the transaction and Cathie Taylor of Keller Williams represented the Buyer. Ken Ginsberg specializes in the sale and leasing of commercial properties.
