Jaqueline Koral, Orange Players Workshop Chairman, announces a free tour of Long Wharf Theatre to be be sponsored by The Orange Players on Saturday, March 19th. The tour will give participants a chance to observe the backstage areas and activities of Long Wharf productions. The tour will begin at 11:00 a.m. at the theatre. The Orange Players (OP) was established in 1974, and is reputed to be the second oldest continually performing community theatre in Connecticut. Besides theatrical productions, The Orange Players sponsors workshops, trips and social events. In November, OP held a 40th Anniversary Gala, featuring dinner and a show. Recent workshops were held in Acting and Characterization and Improvisation, and a spring children’s show is scheduled for production.
