The Orange Chamber of Commerce welcomes the nationwide seafood restaurant and bar concept to Orange. The new restaurant is located at 385 Boston Post Road and is owned and operated by franchise owner David Chen.
“We are excited to bring Hook & Reel to the greater Orange region,” says Ed O’Grady, Regional Director at Hook & Reel. “This is a fun and festive experience that we know the Orange community will really enjoy,” said Carol Smullen, Orange Chamber Director. The 8,000 square foot restaurant has seating for 220 customers and employs 60 local community members. The restaurant menu features seafood boils where patrons can pick their favorite seafood combinations and then add their choice of sauces, including original Cajun, garlic butter or the famous Hook and Reel special blend. The boils are brought to guests steaming hot and shaken up table-side. To Quote David Chen, “We aim to provide a celebratory space for the community. A place to make genuine connections over a one-of-a-kind Cajun-inspired seafood experience.”
The restaurant is open Sunday through Thursday from noon to 10pm and Friday and Saturday from 12pm to 12am. For promotions and news for the Orange location, fans can follow the restaurant’s Facebook page.
