Goldie Radin Dash passed peacefully, family at her side.  Her unwavering devotion to her family will be greatly missed.

Born in New York, Goldie and her siblings grew up in Portland, Connecticut with their parents Sol and Rivka Paley.  Goldie married Morris Radin, and together raised five children in New Haven.  For 25 years, Goldie was a welcoming presence at the registration desk at Gateway Community Technical College.  Goldie later met and married Murray Dash.  For many years, they wintered in Florida.

Goldie is survived by her husband, Murray, and her five children, Howard (Kathryn); Barry (Rosalind); Shelley Heins (Thomas); Robert (Gina); and Alan (Rachel).  She was the grandmother of twelve grandchildren and five great-grandchildren of whom she was very proud.  She is survived by her siblings, Pearl Perloff and Hyime Paley.  Goldie was preceded in death by siblings Sidney, Jean, David, Ralph and Sarah.

A graveside service was held on September 28 at B’nai Jacob Memorial Park, 200 Wintergreen Avenue in New Haven, Connecticut.  Shiva was be observed that day from 6-9 PM at 378 Longmeadow Drive in Orange.
