Jay David Jamron


Jay David Jamron passed away on Monday, May 2, 2016 with his daughter Hannah and Dawn Calvo, his loving partner, by his side. Born in New Haven, CT, a graduate of the University of New Hampshire, Jay was 57 years old on April 17th. He dealt with ALS (Lou Gehrig’s Disease) with courage and strength.

He leaves his loving parents, Marcia and Marvin Jamron of Orange, CT, his adored daughter Hannah Elizabeth Jamron of Orange, CT, his dear sisters, Lisa Jamron Block, M.D. and Susan Jamron Veilleux, his brother-in-law, Eddy Block, his Aunt and Uncle Doris and Richard Jamron of California, his caring nieces and nephews, Zachary and Gregory Reiner, Katie, Madeline, and Erin Block, Adam and Samuel Veilleux, aunts Roberta Burrows and Judith Friedler, uncle Lewis Borofsky, and cousins Jeffrey, Liz, Joseph and Kathleen Friedler. Jay’s great love of life, his music and his band will be remembered by his many friends with great fondness and shared memories.

Jay was an amazing father and son, a hard working senior real estate appraiser for his own company and the IRS. He was a fantastic musician and a peaceful and extraordinary person. His love of adventure and life will be continued along with all the beautiful memories we share of him.
