New Location – Pasta Festa
Join us on Friday, May 15 from 5 to 8 for our annual Pasta Festa! We will be at our new location, at the beautiful, Grassy Hill Lodge on Sodom Lane Derby. The highlight of the evening will be the presentation of this year’s Living Treasure Awards to three deserving Orange residents. Winners of the raffle will go home with some great prizes donated by individuals and local businesses. Tables of 8 to 10 are available. If you wish to be seated with particular people, payment for the group must be made at the same time. Otherwise we cannot guarantee that you will be sitting together. Please let us know if you would like to donate a prize for the raffle. Tickets go on sale Tuesday, April 2 at $20 per person.
Come join us May 1 at 2pm as we honor the men and women who have served our country. The extensive program will include a scrolling frame picturing living town veterans, and will honor the 6 different branches of service. This Wall of Honor will be forever a part of our mission and values and will serve as a daily reminder as to the Service, Sacrifice and Honor of our Veterans. OCS Benefit Concert
“Spring Into Action” Friday evening April 17th at 7:30PM at the High Plains Community Center Gym. Orange Community Services Presents the first time ever Food and Fuel Bank Benefit Concert featuring Orange’s own Gary Harger and featuring Art Bellucci on piano. Special guests include Barbie Harger, and the Orange Chorale! Join us as we celebrate Broadway, the American Songbook, and Spring, the season of renewal. Afghans for Veterans
The Afghan Ladies knit and crochet afghans for veterans. An embroided strip with “USA HERO” is sewn on every blanket. Yarn is available. This group is looking for more crafters. Meetings are the 4th Monday of the month at 1:00pm in the Senior Lounge.

Senior Center Tag Sale
Thinking of downsizing or just need to clean out some stuff? Join us in our tag sale on Friday April 10, from 9:00—1:00pm. Tables are available to rent for $10. Proceeds go to the Community Assistance Fund. Also be sure to visit the tag sale and browse the tables. The senior center is also accepting donations of baked goods for our bake sale table.

Elderly Nutrition Lunch Program Nutritionist Speaker
Annette Hise, Dietitian/Nutritionist from LifeBridge Community Services has scheduled April 23 to speak to those in attendance of the Lunch Program on Diabetes Prevention and Management. AMR CPR Training
Who wants to be part of a World Record! May 20, 2015, from 1-5pm, our local EMS provider—AMR in conjunction with the OPD & OFD will be attempting to set a world record by providing free training to save lives through chest compression-only CPR. This event will take place at the HPCC.
