Smoothie King Fundraiser
Throughout October join the Smoothie King, 350 Boston Post Road, Orange in raising funds for the Town of Orange Community Assistance Program. A portion of every sale, accompanied by the Community Assistance flier, will benefit the program which raises money to assist those in need of fuel and food. Smoothie King, inspiring people to live a healthy and active lifestyle, is proud to be a part of this important community fundraiser. Fliers can be picked up at the Senior Center, Park & Recreation, Town Hall or printed off the Town’s website. Smoothies With A Purpose!

Scrabble & Tea

Lunch & Fun
Join us Thursday, October 29, 11:30am, for Origami for Beginners, with Aaron Krerowicz. Learn the basics of the Japanese art of paper folding through this one-time, interactive course. Call to let us know if you are coming. Participants bring their lunch at 11:30 and the program begins at noon. Coffee and dessert will be available.
Movie of the Month
Friday, October 16, Gone Girl, 1:00pm. With his wife’s disappearance having become the focus of an intense media circus, a man sees the spotlight turned on him when it’s suspected that he may not be innocent. Popcorn & soda will be served. Call to reserve a seat.
Our monthly book club will meet October 30, from 2:00-3:30pm in room 3. This month’s title is A Good Place to Hide by Peter Grose.

Hot and Cold Lunches
The Orange Senior Center offers a hot lunch Monday through Friday. On Tuesdays and Thursdays a cold lunch option is also available. Lunch is served Monday through Friday, 11:30am – 12:00pm. No meals on Saturday or Sunday. A $3.00 donation is accepted for persons 60 years and over. To register (203) 891-4765.
