On Sunday evening, November 19th, it was Congregation Or Shalom’s turn to host the annual Orange Thanksgiving service. Over 250 people of all faiths participated. The service featured an interfaith children’s choir, led by Bryan Campbell and Cindy Chandler of the Orange Congregation Church.
Donations went to the Orange Food Pantry & Fuel Assistance Fund. Rabbi Alvin Wainhaus, spiritual leader of Congregation Or Shalom said, “The wonderful feeling of unity we enjoy here tonight is sorely needed in our country…In fact, it’s what America is all about!”
