On October 28, 2016, the Judges of the Connecticut Federal District Court awarded the District’s 2016 Pro Bono Award to Attorney David B. Zabel and Attorney David Dobin of Cohen and Wolf, P.C. The Pro Bono Award recognizes “outstanding service to the court in providing legal services to indigent persons.” Attorneys Zabel and Dobin are receiving the award for their representation of pro se inmate clients in cases relating to the exercise of their rights under the free-exercise clause of the First Amendment.

He has extensive experience in complex litigation in federal and state courts, and in arbitration proceedings.
